Entrepreneurs CFOHow these pages are held

Read this before you treat a page as a promise. It names the sources, the covers we leave unsigned, and the person who publishes the site.

How these pages are made

Read How these pages are made

Pages on this site are researched from the practice's own work and Texas sources, drafted with software assistance, and reviewed under the practice's editorial standards. If you find an error, tell us and we will fix it.

How a number earns a place here

Every figure on these pages sits beside the publisher that printed it. If a publisher never printed the figure, the figure does not get a sentence here. The stories are patterns of a founder's month. A real client's file is not in them.

Before a page remains, we read it against the limits further down. You will see the fixed sentence without changing the address in the browser. A different page is not where we hide the fix. The footer phone is how you tell us which line.

What counts as a source

Read What counts as a source

A figure names the publisher and the day we read that publisher. When a page quotes a published figure, the company that printed the figure is named in that same paragraph. A statute names its section. Something said on a call, and never printed by a publisher, stays out of the public pages.

Nothing stays up until someone has compared the source, the claim, and the example in the same sitting. A number and the publisher that printed it have to agree before that paragraph stays. What the site says we do is checked against the limits on this page. A client's outcome is printed only after written permission, and only after any detail that would name them is gone. The shape you see is the work. It is not a promised result.

A fixed line carries a new date. When a sentence changes, the date on that block changes with it. The previous date is removed. A figure that fails the check is taken off the page or swapped for the corrected one. We do not soften a sentence and leave the old claim standing under it.

Blank signature lines

Steven Palmieri is not a CPA. That name does not go on an audit, a review, or a compilation, and this practice will not pretend those covers are part of the monthly work.

When a packet asks for that kind of signature, a firm allowed to sign it writes the cover. Before that request, we can still tie the bank, set payroll up on the provider you already run, and build the return from months that agree.

Payday stays on your provider. We sit with you while the account is created, and we do not run the pay date after that.

A notice that wants records gets copies from the closed file. An examination, and any appeal that follows one, is a different job. It is not ours.

The work that fits here is filing the return, giving management advice, and issuing statements that carry no attached report. That is the room, and we stay in it.

We will not tell an outsider that the figures were examined. That sentence belongs on a cover we do not sign.

On a first call we say whether the open months get closed before anything monthly begins. If the cleanup is the wrong job, the call ends with that sentence and no agreement.

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. When the month stops matching the company you built, call Steven Palmieri, the Tax CFO, at +1 844-324-7273, the same digits printed under every page on this site.

No street, suite, or map pin is written on these pages. The machine-readable facts repeat only what the sentences already say.

Several doors, one practice

Read Several doors, one practice

This site is one door of a single practice, named for founders whose file stopped matching the company. The close and the return are written here so they are not squeezed onto one shared homepage. One person answers the footer phone. The single site named from these pages, besides this one, is stevenpalmieri.com. You will not find a link here to another site in the practice.
